Hi! I’m Emani. I’m a lawyer by day and a reader by night. I graduated from law school in May 2021 and passed the bar exam in October 2021. I loved reading when I was younger but stopped reading for fun in undergrad. Last year, I challenged myself to read 50 books but ended up reading 164. Along with that challenge, I created a bookstagram, also called thatbookishlawyer. In 2023, I started a blog to merge my passions and hopefully give helpful advice.
